Field Education/Internship Directors files (1967-1988) contain directors' meeting minutes and agenda, correspondence, memoranda, and notes; and intern cluster program correspondence, memoranda, criteria, standards, questionnaires, evaluation forms, participant lists, proposals, and schedules regarding field edcation/internship directors' planning and coordination activities and intern cluster program arrangements, committee meetings, funding, and program activities. Correspondents include Division Executive Secretary Reuben C. Baerwald; Lutheran seminary presidents, deans, and internship directors; internship cluster participants; and Aid Association for Lutherans officials. Additional records regarding seminary internship program directors' meetings and intern cluster activities are included in the administrative. Files of the Division of Educational Services (LCU 12/1/4), Division of Campus Ministry and Educational Services (LCU 12/2/2), and the subject files of the Division of Theological Studies (LCU 14/4). The Divisions' theological education publications, including copies of their "Composite Listing of Lutheran Interns" (1968-1987), are found in LCU 12/2/6.
